Architect Adam D. Tihany designed Per Se based on Chef Thomas Keller’s interpretation of the French Laundry right in the heart of Time Warner Center. Keller’s team has at least 2 other chefs besides himself as well as a sommelier and a baker which is why their menu is second to none.
